Refund policy

We have no return policy for SoundFont purchases because the digital packages are delivered immediately. If within 7 days after receiving your item you would like a custom modification to your digital package, we will consider and most likely complete your request if it is not particularly exhaustive. For larger requests, please add a Custom Font Modification to your cart at checkout or return to the store to puchase the modification. Refunds for custom modifications can only be requested before the requested items have been delivered, and refunds cannot be requested within 24 hours of the estimated time of completion.

Issues with Digital Packages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is an issue with the digital package or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Custom Modification Requests
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your custom request, and provide you with a time frame for completion given the amount of pending requests which have been submitted ahead of you. We will also indicate whether or not there could be an additional fee for the level of effort required. Please remember that it can take some time to review, consider, and implement your request.
